Richard ,
the Principal Lawyer and Director was admitted as a lawyer in 2010
after completing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney as well as other degrees
including a Master of Project Management, Bachelor of Arts Law and Bachelor of Applied Science.
Specializing in Family Law Richard has conducted interim and final hearings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong, Orange, Brisbane, Hobart and Melborne. Richard has also successfully appealed family law matters.
Richard has a over 15 years experience in a broad range of Family Law matters including in
parenting, property, child support, divorce, financial settlements, de-facto and same sex relationships in some very complex matters including
child abduction both interstate and overseas.
Richard also appears in the Local Court and District Court for Criminal Matters as well as the
Commercial Courts, Civil Courts and the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Estate and bail application matters.
Richard maintains his appointed to the Legal Aid Family Law Panel and Legal Aid Criminal Law Panel of many years.
Richard has been on the Law Society of N.S.W. Human Rights Committee , Family Law Committee and Technology Committee for many years.
